School has had its ups and downs this semester. The roommate situation was okay, but I'm counting down days (and hours....). I was able to still work as an athlete tutor, but the little boy Andrew whom I babysat last semester didn't need me this semester...*sad face*. Classes have been intense; actually, they still are! All the different teaching requirements, like Livetext Portfolios (anyone who knows what those are will inevitably groan while reading this) and subject charts and resumes are insane! Hopefully though, by this time next week, I will be COMPLETELY done!
Sean and I are engaged, which I don't think I posted on here. I'll have to find our engagement story and post it on here next:) I can put a picture here though!
I absolutely love it! I wasn't ready for some specific ring, but we discussed what I'd like, and I definitely asked for sapphires:) So there are 3 sapphires on each side of a diamond!! I don't know anything about the karots and whatnot, so you'll have to ask Sean or my mom about it! Sean is absolutely amazing and I don't deserve the Godly man that God has placed in my life. We technically don't have a wedding date set, but when we do, it will probably be a small one for close family and friends to attend. Neither of us like a lot of attention, so we might just do some receptions for each side of the family after the wedding:)
This summer should be fun. I'm in the process of shopping for an apartment of my own as well as a job to support it:) I am student teaching in Amherst County, VA, though I am probably going to try to live near Liberty still and commute. I'm also praying for a job. I need to check out the mall as well as the main stores nearby - once the other college students are gone for the summer, my chances of a job probably triple;) I will be taking a few summer classes - an English class and Earth Science (again...) - so I'll stay on campus for that with one of my Education friends. Yay for friends that stick together!
I guess I should probably get back to my work. I have 90-43=47 days left to plan for my charts. After that comes lots of other work before this semester finally ends!!!
PS - Sean's graduating in 11 days!!! Yay for my beloved!
