Mom texted me this morning to let me know that my (first) package for the family arrived. I got my brothers some Mad Libs - little bit of teacher mixed with a little knowledge of family trip boredom;) Tim let me know that Mom had not found her Mary's Angel for this year - 21st in the series and Mom has many of them:) I also found the Chik Fil A cow that has a sign on it: "Santa Prefurs Milk and Chiken."

Sean and I just watched a DVD with Dad (Harrison). It was about prayer by a company called Nooma. (Here's the link to the youtube video of it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ub6tTGRMWL4 ). Afterwards Dad started talking about it a bit, but I had to leave. It was discussing how people pray for all sorts of things and why God answers some prayer but not the other. One part that sticks out in my mind was that God doesn't feed those already filled when there are those that are still hungry....or something like that. Overall, it made me think of Mrs. Usher's passing back in mid-October. I'm trying to dry my eyes for all of Christmas' sake, but it's still hard....
