I typed up and signed a letter of resignation for the daycare I'm currently at. My last day is Feb 20th, and after that, I'll be working on packing up to go HOME. As in Fairfax County, all beautifully traffic-like HOME! Mixed feelings about moving back home, but with my fiance' with me, it should be awesome! Mom is transforming our "den" (storage area) into his room, and I'll fight one of my brothers for (re)possession of my room:) That way we can still be together and both look for (well-paying!) jobs near DC.

Though I won't have the roommie I currently have now. Which sucks. Cause she is the most amazing roommate I've had, hands down. She's caring, honest, thoughtful, encouraging, and so much more than I've ever had. She has been my sanity when things got tough with Sean and I, or my parents, or my student teaching, or work. I don't want to lose that, but I know that time must come. And now that I'm crying, it's time to go to bed.....
