3am....

and I totally cannot sleep! Maybe that's because I've stayed up so late I've 1) gotten a bit of a second wind and 2) my stomach thinks it's time for food!! Oh wait, I didn't eat dinner....aha!

Anyway, I have 1 week left until I am officially married! My mom has been in town since Monday and has been super helpful! Her original plan was to land in Lynchburg on Monday, see my little brother Tim for a while before he was shipped to Basic Training in GA. However, thanks to plans, Tim had to leave a few hours before Mom arrived in the 'burg:( It was tough missing him, but she was able to find a ride from the airport to Tim's truck. From there she drove straight up here to help me! She adds a bit of stress, but we're working out our differences 100% of the time ;)

We got a lot done today (Saturday)! We started off the morning meeting at the new apartment, then driving over together to AC Moore to pick up a ton of supplies, including stuff that'll be on my cake:) Then we booked it over to the baker's, gave him the supplies he wanted and confirmed the order. We stopped by McDonalds while we were there and got some coffee and a sausage biscuit, mmm! After that, we ran back into Fairfax to get things from the Dollar Store and 5 Below.

From there, we went back to the apartment, where dear Sean was sleeping to prep for night shift, and hung out until we met up with Ricky. He helped us get into his mom's storage unit so that I could get my stuff....hoooly cow! I don't remember putting that much stuff into storage, but I'm guessing I did :-/ There were over 20 boxes and rubbermaid tubs combined!! It filled up the entire back of Mom's truck and part of Ricky's Avalanche. Thank God Ricky was able to help this weekend and bring everything in! It was supposed to be 90 today - ouch! - and it took at least 5 loads per person to bring everything into the apartment. But it's done! All that's left is the stuff from my room here at Tina's place:)

Speaking of which, thanks to my natural procrastination, that's partly why I'm still up. I got home around 8:30, asked about the laundry, and got the washer cleared out for me. However, I spent so much time relaxing and just not doing ANYTHING, I didn't start it until 10:30ish! While that was going (100 minutes according to the super-awesome washer!), I boxed together some paperwork, any "spare clothes", and organized boxes near my door to go out. I also packed my bigger suitcase with clothes for this week and my other suitcase for the next:) Once the laundry dried and finished, I was able to fold it and sort it into one of those 3 piles!

What really stinks about tonight is the lack of talking with Sean. We haven't had much time to talk or even hang out this past week. That's why we're both so excited to spend 6 days together - including dress rehearsal day, wedding day, and our 4 days off!!!! I know to some it doesn't seem like much. Hah, I've even seen some couples that take a month off to travel all over and just be together. Sean and I love being together so much, we're perfectly fine with these precious days off together and saving a bigger honeymoon for later down the road:) Honestly, I've got days minutely planned....National Zoo to see the pandas of course, possibly facing my fear at the Baltimore Aquarium, maybe a theme park if we get the time :P

Ahhh I'm so excited about what God's got planned for our future!!! But for now, I'm excited to finally be tired! And it's only...4am now ;)
