Something about hearing other people's love stories makes me want to go and add more to my own, to do something daring, to feel the thrill that these people have....
All I have to do is convince a few people and I'm set, right? :P
This makes no sense I'm sure, but it's 9:16 and I have to go make a sandwich for lunch!
Isaiah 55:8 - "For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, declares the LORD."

New Shirt
I like getting random stuff. I have so many odd likes that people can get me just about anything and I'll have a love for it somewhere in the crevices of my gray matter. Here's one example:
Ironman T-shirt. Or more appropriately, a plastic-type replica of Tony Stark's heart glowing in his chest through his shirt. Now the fun part about THIS shirt is...it glows! I have issues turning off the light and getting the laptop to take a picture, but promise you, it does! Sweetness :D
*Note: I do know this is completely random, but it's nearly 1 in the morning and I felt like sharing something that was on my chest.... :P True post updating about my life to follow when I actually feel like it...not when I feel like venting, which is now and shouldn't be shared ;P

Randomness...
Ever have those moments that you say to yourself "Gosh, it's a small world?" Well look no further for one of THE MOST extreme "holy cow" moments of my life!
So, I'm a random blog skipper. I like reading about families with small children and how moms teach their kids and learn now to be better cooks, moms, homemakers, etc. Drawn to it by nature. Well a few months ago, I was clicking on blogs and found a widow's blog. Feeling intrusive but curious, I glanced around as if in a strange room. The heart behind the writing was sincerely hurting yet had peace with God about the loss of a husband after being married less than 5 years. And she's only a few years older than I. She's been on my heart to pray for and to bring people she loves around her.
Tonight, her face came to me. She is into the dating circle again - thank you God for love from others - and posted a picture.
I know her.
I met her through Sean. She knows most of his old housemates. I told Sean about it - he had a holy cow moment too. We both scanned back through old posts and found out about her husband. Sean KNEW him too! They met randomly at a bonfire during the first 2 years of Sean's college career.
My heart breaks in so many ways now. I feel bad because the girl IRL didn't meet exactly happily to my personality, so I wasn't sure what to think of her. Now, all I can feel is compassion for the way her life has been and prayer for the direction that God is leading her in now.
I pray that I will be able to see this girl in new eyes and to be there for her as more than just a blogger.
