Ms Bitters, begone!

So I'm slowly realizing how bitter and pissed I've been for the last...I dunno! I feel terrible just because that's NOT how I really am, but lately I've been so negative, sarcastic, even hurtful at times. And I work with kids!! How horrible is that?!

Today was my class's graduation. Lemme tell you this, as nervous as you think you are for BEING in a graduation, it's nothing like DESIGNING and RUNNING one. Especially for 4 and 5 year olds. Thank God they at least were quiet for the first 15 seconds after they walked outside to their parents! They did well and we shared some good memories. Only 2 kids were left after the party, so they were moved to another room so my assistant and I could clean:)

Long story short, I got stuck doing the monthly night of watching kids while parents go out and relax. Around 5:45, I finally accepted this :P Yes, you see, I am Ms. Bitters. About to upgrade if I'm not careful! I had 10 kids, 2 of which were my graduates earlier in the day. They were sooo crazy. I thought it was bad when they stayed til the usual 6:30. Nope. Oh well, only 3 hours more, and no one died, so I think I did good. 11 hour workday, whoot! And no lunch other than a few chicken nuggets from the kids' lunch, btw.

My weekend is consisting of sending a card ASAP to my brother who's in training in Georgia, making labels for wedding Thank you notes - I know it's been a month, don't judge please? :P - maybe some baking, cooking, etc, going to the PO, the library, the bank, finding my filled-out social security card change form....yeah I think that's it for now :) Oh, maybe going to Unique if I can find someone to go with!

I also wanna start reading some of those beginning marriage/Christianity books I picked up. Definitely want to read a chapter or 2 from the Mary/Martha book that this blog is labeled with now.

Maybe that means I should go to bed now.... My goal's to find the best in everything tomorrow! I'll try to update tmw night and let you know how it goes!
